Terms of Services
We offer a wide range of consulting services, which may include, but are not limited to, strategy, branding, design, digital assets, 3D modeling, and consulting. The exact scope, expected deliverables, and timeline for each project will be clearly outlined in a project proposal, quote, or agreement before any work begins.

Payments and Invoicing
We operate with transparency and fairness when it comes to payments. Most projects require a non-refundable advance payment, typically between 30% and 50%, before we begin. The remaining balance is paid after final delivery of the assets or completion of the project. For larger or long-term projects, payments can be set up on a periodic basis and included in the proposal. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Late payments may result in delays in delivery, temporary suspension of work, and the charging of interest for late payment. We appreciate prompt and clear communication regarding any billing questions.

Jurisdiction
Any legal dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
Modifications
We reserve the right to change the prices of our services or terms without prior notice.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel a project at any time, but please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the client will be billed for all work completed up to that point, including research, design or consulting time, and any expenses incurred. In exceptional cases, we may choose to terminate a project due to lack of response, abusive behavior, or failure to comply with the agreed payment terms. All completed work and intellectual property rights will remain our property until payment has been settled in full.

Confidentiality
We understand that during a project, you may share private business information, creative ideas, or strategic materials with us. We treat all such information as confidential and will never disclose it to third parties without your consent. Similarly, we expect you to respect our internal work processes and methods. If necessary, we will be happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive project information and maintain a trusting working relationship.
